Feijoa Love! - by popular demand.....  Heres the quick an easy recipe from the Mosts resident chef Jamie from Delistar.

Sticky Feijoa Cake  

Feijoas can be substituted with lemons, limes, oranges, passionfruit, berries...you get my drift!  

125g butter - soft 

1 cup caster sugar 

3 eggs

150g sour cream 

6 feijoas 

1 cup flour 

1 teaspoon baking powder 

Cream together sugar and softened butter, Add eggs one by one while mixing, Add sour cream and fruit. Sieve together flour and baking powder and fold into mix. Pour into greased loaf tin. Bake at 180 c for 30 mins. Boil together the juice of 2 lemons and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Spoon this mix over your cooling cake. NOW EAT!
